Eight people from different backgrounds meet at a hospital. Sania (Maudy Koesnaedi), a single mother fighting for her daughter Kira (Sarah Beatrix) who suffers from leukemia; Gigi (Rania Putrisari) and Gino (Pangeran Lantang), orphaned siblings who protect each other; Daffa (Tanta Ginting) and Bimo (Samuel Rizal), two best friends tested by illness and sacrifice; and Yosua (Tyo Pakoesadewo) with Martha (Meriam Bellina), an elderly couple whose love is tested by time. They are all bound together by wounds, hope, and love. Amid family conflicts, fears, and misunderstandings, Gino’s heartfelt song becomes a turning point that unites them. Nyanyian untuk Kira (A Song for Kira) is a story about love in its many forms — a mother’s devotion, sibling bonds, true friendship, and lifelong partnership — present even in pain, and healing through the warmth of the heart.
